i know this trick! ok first when he acts like he eats the coin and shows it in his mouth, notice how he looked up a little when he showed the bottom…..then when the camera went behind the guys head, he probably took it out and put it in his pocket or something. And there was probably another coin put in his fake skin and somone it probably pulling the coin with an invisible string. Then he cuts his fake skin and fake blood comes out to add to the suspense…that is the trick!!!! ok and the….
