Like all similar tricks, you have to have good hands for this to work. I keep watching that left hand over and over again, and I just don’t see when he hid the last coin.
Look closely at his right hand after he “pulls it out of the ipod”. His fingers move up a little bit to drop the coin. He just put the coin into his other hand, and then triggered the application on the phone. He then dropped the coin, and shaking the ipod probably ends the application.
Do you mean his right hand? That coin drops from somewhere… Yeah, I don’t think he ever took the coin out of his ipod hand. There’s a way to hold a coin with just the center of your palm. I’ve never perfected it, but it works better with larger coins like the one he was using. Whatever. This is pretty neat.
you people are stupid… ofcourse thers away to do it, obviously he only has one coin, and obviously he does change it from one hand to the next, but jesus, you guys dont have to go around trying to solve every trick out there, its ment for entertainment not to be dicks bout it
The shake IS sensed by the iPhone’s accelerometer. It looks like the app is designed to look like the home screen, but it’s a fake front. When he touches the screen, a coin appears and will roll around. When he shakes it, the coin disappears. I also think he never put the coin in his other hand. It looks like he’s holding it between his fingers the whole time. Notice how he keeps his fingers together tightly.
when he holds the coin with his left hand, and then he takes it with his right hand, he didnt really take it, he let it fell in his left hand. So when he rubs his fingers on the iPhone, the coin was on his other hand already.
I doubt the quick shake of the iphone is what ends the app; that would mean you could only do the trick EXACTLY as he did. Tricks like this are supposed to be somewhat flexible; you can probably change settings on the app to determine what ends it.
Haha. Glad I didn’t offend you
When he rubbed it was transfered
oh man you sure are perceptive! i thought he really put a coin in his phone. how silly!!!!

Wait, no i don’t think he ever had the coin in his left hand at all.

He uses a french drop and the application does not work like that. the coin is tilt cenceored but shaking it does not do anything.

When he says “observe: Coin, Phone” The coin is already in the hand holding the phone. He says coin and holds up an empty, closed hand.
a real sherlock..
a real smartass..

ya the shaking does that but wut I meant wuz that the shaking doesnt end the app.
and also, idk y his right hand is tight cuz the coin is in his other hand behind the iphone.
Yea, I don’t think it ends the app either, and his right hand is tight because that’s where he wants you to think the coin is.

he has a coin hidden behind the hand thats holding the ipod
make the price FREE
did you guys see that his lower hand holding the iPod touch opened?
haha.. what would a magician do without the french drop
Cute twist on a simple magic trick.
