You don’t have to let it pass 100 times. I think it has more to do with time. It took about 9 minutes for it to work for me today. I enjoy playing both ways. Its not that much harder when they shoot, and many people, including myself, can turn over the score with, or without, the trick.

This trick does work. I did it as a kid in the 80’s and I have done it recently on a standup Galaga/Ms. Pacman game at a local pizza place. Tonight I tested it, and it did work on game in “Namco Museum” for Xbox.

This is not a false rumor. I did it in the 80’s as a kid. I have also done it recently at a stand-up galaga at a locall pizza place. Tonight I have verified it works on the Galaga in “Namco Musuem” for Xbox as well.

I could never get this to work on the NAMCO version, perhaps they fixed the bug. The others work fine.
